All packages include delivery and pickup within Toowoomba. Each set contains Small (10cm), Medium (13cm), and Large (15cm) candles. Minimum hire period is 2 days. Damaged or lost candles are charged at $15 each. All candles are individually numbered. Charging cords available for extended hire periods on request.

Not water resistant — These candles are not suitable for use in rain or wet conditions. Water damage to the internal electronics is treated the same as physical damage, at $15 per candle. For outdoor events, please ensure candles are kept in a covered or sheltered area and have a wet weather plan in place.

About Candle Hire

Our flameless candles are made from real paraffin wax, not plastic, giving an authentic warm glow with a built-in flickering effect that will have your guests convinced they're the real thing.
Up to 12 hours of continuous use. Candles arrive fully charged and ready for a full event. If you need charging cords for extended hire, just let us know before your booking starts.
Each set of three includes a Small (10cm), Medium (13cm), and Large (15cm) candle, providing natural height variation for a beautiful layered look across your venue.
Candles are hired at a daily rate with a minimum of 2 days. For extended hire or alternative pickup and return times, please contact us to discuss your needs.
Yes, every order includes delivery and pickup within Toowoomba. We can also service surrounding areas across the Darling Downs including Gatton, Warwick, and beyond. Additional costs for time and travel apply for out-of-area deliveries.
Absolutely. You can set up yourself for a personal creative touch, or add our setup and packdown service. We count all candles back in at collection, as each one is individually numbered for accurate tracking.
Damaged, lost, or stolen candles are charged at $15 per candle. All candles are individually numbered so we can accurately account for every single one at collection.
The candles are not water resistant. Exposure to rain, condensation, or any moisture can damage the internal electronics, and water-damaged candles are treated the same as physically damaged candles at $15 per candle. For outdoor events, we strongly recommend using the candles in a covered or sheltered area, or having a wet weather plan in place. Please discuss this with us beforehand if rain is a possibility.
Roughly 50 candles spread out will fill about one square metre. You can bunch them tighter for a dramatic effect or spread them further. It's entirely up to your vision, and we're happy to advise based on your venue size.
